1. What You're Purchasing With Remote Transmissions
- You'll receive an audio transmission within 5 working days of submitting your questionnaire
- Includes: transmission recording, transcription, detailed summary with action steps, three bonus transmissions, preparation/integration guidelines
- Your transmission is personalized to you
3-Session Journey
- Three separate transmission sessions delivered over an agreed timeframe
- Each session builds on the previous one
- Same deliverables as single sessions, tailored to progressive clearing work
10-Week Group Clearing Program
- Weekly live clearing sessions at scheduled time
- Access to session recordings
2. Your Responsibility Before Purchase
- Provide accurate information in questionnaires and forms
- Disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions
- Understand this is energetic/spiritual work, not medical treatment
During the Work
- Listen to transmissions in a quiet, undistracted space
- Follow integration guidelines provided
- Communicate openly if something doesn't feel right
- Take responsibility for your own choices and actions
What This Work Is Not
- Not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or psychiatric treatment
- Not a guarantee of specific outcomes or results
- Not suitable for active psychosis, severe mental health crisis, or if you're currently a danger to yourself or others
- Not a quick fix—transformation takes time and your active participation
3. Our Guarantee Delivery Promise
Your transmission arrives within 5 working days from questionnaire submission, or we'll refund.
Satisfaction Promise
After receiving and listening to your transmission, if it doesn't illuminate what's been blocking you or provide a clear path forward, let us know within 7 days and we'll refund you fully.
This work isn't for everyone. We trust your discernment.
What's Not Covered
- Refunds after 7 days from completion of session
- Refunds if you simply "changed your mind" without engaging with the material
- Refunds on the 10-Week Group Clearing Program for sessions you have missed or attended.
- Missed live sessions (recordings are provided)
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Remote Transmissions: Full refund before questionnaire submission.
- 3-Session Journey: Cancel before first session for full refund. After first session, refund remaining sessions minus first session cost.
- Group Clearing Program: Full refund if cancelled before program start. Subscription can be cancelled at any point during the 10 week program.

- We'll do our best to reschedule if you prefer
5. Recordings & Intellectual Property Your Transmissions
- Recordings are for your personal use only
- You may not sell, or publicly distribute them
- You may listen as many times as you need
- You own your personal story and experiences
Our Content
- All transmission methodologies, frameworks, written materials, and teachings remain our intellectual property
- You're welcome to share your experience and transformation
- Please don't reproduce our materials, teaching methods, or present them as your own
6. Privacy & Confidentiality What We Keep Private
- Everything you share in questionnaires, sessions, and communications
- Your personal information (name, email, payment details)
- Your session recordings and notes
Exceptions
- We may share anonymized testimonials with your explicit written permission
- We may share generalized insights (never identifying information) in teaching contexts
Your Rights
- Request a copy of your data anytime
- Request deletion of your data (except legally required records)
- Unsubscribe from emails anytime

7. Payment Terms Accepted Methods
- Credit/debit cards via Stripe
- Payments processed in USD
Subscription Products (Group Clearing Program)
- Charged weekly on the day you enrolled
- Must maintain active payment method
- Automatic charges continue for 10 weeks unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime, but refund policy still applies
Failed Payments
- You'll be notified if payment fails
- Access continues for 7 days to allow payment update
- After 7 days, access suspended until payment resolves
Currency
- All prices in USD unless stated otherwise
8. Technical Requirements & Access For Remote Work
- You need: email access, ability to download/stream audio files, stable internet connection
- Files provided in common formats (MP3, PDF)
- If you can't access materials, contact us—we'll find a solution
For Live Sessions
- Zoom link provided before each session
- Recordings available if you miss live session
- You're responsible for your own internet connection
9. Health & Safety Medical Disclaimer This is energetic and spiritual transformation work. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional mental health care. When This Work Isn't Appropriate Please seek medical/psychiatric help first if you:
- Are in acute mental health crisis
- Are experiencing active psychosis or dissociation
- Are currently suicidal or a danger to yourself/others
- Have been advised by a healthcare provider to avoid somatic or energetic work
- Are in active addiction crisis without support
We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work if we believe it's not safe or appropriate to continue. Integration Can Be Intense Clearing work can bring up old emotions, memories, and physical sensations. This is normal. However, if at any point you feel unsafe, please:
- Stop the transmission
- Reach out to us
- Contact a mental health professional if needed
10. Communication Response Times
- Email inquiries: within 5 business days
- Urgent concerns: we'll respond as quickly as possible
- Based in New Zealand (NZDT timezone)
Professional Boundaries
- We maintain clear professional boundaries
- Communication happens through official channels (email, chosen platform)
- Sessions/transmissions happen within agreed timeframes
- This is a professional relationship, not a personal friendship
11. Disputes & Resolution If Something Goes Wrong
- Contact us directly first—most issues can be resolved through honest conversation
- Explain clearly what's wrong and what you'd like to happen
- We'll work together to find a fair solution
If We Can't Agree
- We'll attempt mediation before legal action
- Disputes governed by New Zealand law
- Both parties agree to good faith resolution attempts first
12. Liability Limits What We're Responsible For
- Delivering the services you purchased
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Operating with integrity and care
What We're Not Responsible For
- Your choices and actions during or after sessions
- Outcomes of your personal transformation journey
- Third-party technical issues (Zoom outages, email delivery, etc.)
- Relationship changes, job changes, or life upheaval that can accompany deep transformation work
Maximum Liability Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
13. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms as our work evolves. If we make significant changes:
- We'll notify you by email
- Changes take effect 14 days after notification
- Continued use after changes means you accept them
Your purchase is governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
15. Miscellaneous Entire Agreement These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us. Severability If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No Waiver If we don't enforce a term once, that doesn't mean we've waived the right to enforce it later. Assignment You can't transfer your rights under these terms. We can assign ours if needed (like if we sell the business).
